Randy's Itinerary & Trip Information

The week of May26th, I'll be attending VisionAfrica 2003 in Lusaka, Zambia. This conference is sponsored by Capital Christian Ministries, Int'l. For the last 4 years I have been providing post production services to CCMI as a volunteer. This page provides information that my family and friends have requested.

I leave on May 15th, stopping first in Spielberg, Austria, for the Austrian Grand Prix Formula 1 race. My next stop is in Brussels, Belgium, to spend a few days with the Knutsens. Jim and Dawn were the youth pastors at my church several years ago. Then, it's off to Zambia. After the conference we'll be going to Livingstone for a safari, and also to Victoria Falls.

Site Notes: Posting daily pictures is dependant on broadband access. I have been told I will have access, but we'll see. Most of the currency converters I found didn't include the Zambian Kwacha. As of Monday, May 15, 2003, the current exchange rate is 1 US Dollar = 4,780.00 Zambian Kwacha.

Communication Notes: My pager will not work while I'm overseas. My cellphone will work, although the cost is prohibitive. Please DO NOT call my cell phone and DO NOT leave voice mail messages. I will, however, be checking e-mail as often as possible.
